PHYSIQ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website physiq.site and provides AI-powered fitness tools including physique analysis, program generation, and nutrition planning (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using PHYSIQ, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (encrypted). We never store plain-text passwords.

Profile and Fitness Data. We collect information you voluntarily provide, including age, height, weight, activity level, fitness goals, and body type. This data is used solely to personalize your experience.

Photos. When you use the Physique Analyzer, you upload photos for AI analysis. Photos are transmitted securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not permanently stored on our servers. They are processed in real time and discarded after analysis is complete.

Analysis Results. We store your physique analysis scores, tier ratings, and body composition estimates in our database to provide the Score Over Time feature. This data is associated with your account.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and time spent. This helps us improve the product.

Payment Information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To personalize your experience and generate AI-powered programs and analyses
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To store your saved programs, nutrition plans, and analysis history
• To track your physique score over time as part of the Progress Tracking feature

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PHYSIQ:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing for physique analysis, program generation, and nutrition planning. Your photos and fitness data are transmitted to Anthropic for real-time processing. Anthropic's usage policies apply.
• Supabase — Database and authentication provider. Your account data, analysis scores, programs, and nutrition plans are stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is not accessible to us.
• GitHub Pages / Render — Website and API hosting.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Analysis scores and program data associated with your account are deleted when you delete your account or the individual records within the app.

Photos submitted for physique analysis are not retained after processing is complete.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — Request a machine-readable copy of your data
• Opt-out — Opt out of non-essential data processing

6. Children's Privacy

PHYSIQ is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 should have parental consent before using the Service.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information immediately.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
