When I first started lifting I had no idea what I was doing. I was following random YouTube programs, eating whatever, and wondering why nothing was changing. Every program I found was either too complicated, made for someone twice my age, or just a cookie-cutter PDF that had nothing to do with my actual body or goals.
I spent more time researching than actually training. That frustrated me. There had to be a better way — something that just told me exactly what to do based on who I actually am.
I started learning everything I could about programming, progressive overload, and aesthetic development specifically. Not just muscle — proportion. Shape. The V-taper. The kind of physique that actually looks good, not just big.

Once I understood the principles, my progress completely changed. And I realized — if I could figure this out, I could build something that handed this knowledge directly to people who are exactly where I was.
